1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer.
- Custom or special-order items.
3. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at info@thescents.pk or call 0335-4200169 with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If the product is not eligible for a refund (opened, used, or damaged by the customer), it will be sent back to the customer.
5. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- If the item you want is unavailable, you may choose a different product of equal value or request a refund.
